The house is a modern newly built 3 bedroom detached house in a very quiet area of Cramlington. It has a consevatory and a new kitchen, very clean and tidy and the house is to a high standard.

The room I have to rent is a newly furnished and decorated double room with onsuite bathroom (which is in the process of being remodeled). There is also a tv and dvd player in the room, desk, and a double size bed. Parking space is available, wifi and there is a nice south-westly not overlooked garden. The price includes all bills.

Local shops are 10 minutes walk away or 3 minutes drive. Bus stop is about 5 minutes away with transport every half hour into Newcastle City centre.
