I have 2 double rooms to let, on the first floor of modern three storey house with TV, DVD and broadband, in the seaside town of Newbiggin by the Sea from 9th December 2011. The rooms have a double bed, chest of draws and wardrobes. I am a professional and work Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm. I will be at home on a Saturday and Sunday. I have one cat. Shared space is the 2 bathrooms, kitchen, lounge/diner and garden. There is an excellent bus service and the house is 50 yards from the bus stop. The local amenities include shops, pubs, takeaways and restaurants. 100 yards to the prom and beach. I am looking for an easy going, trustworthy and tidy individual for lets of any reasonable period.
