Lodger wanted to share 4 bedroom house
Shared living room, bathroom, kitchen and garden. Own double bedroom provided. Bills and rent £450 pcm. Food not included but willing to go halves on food shops.
I do have three cats, 2 of which go outside and one is mainly indoors. All of friendly and well looked after.
Looking for someone who is trust worthy paying rent and will try to keep house reasonably tidy, but want them to feel at home!
I work full time as a theatre practitioner assistant in the operating theatre at the QMC hospital, and am doing an open uni course to become fully trained.
I have a single bed free for the double room but thats it.
