One bedroom, fully furnished Annex

We have a double bedroom with use of a kitchen, lounge, shower and toilet, all fully furnished , broadband, large screen tv, we are looking for someone who may want privacy but still happy to integrate with our family which includes myself, my son, my grandson and a Spanish Aupair who looks after my grandson. The bedroom for rent is part of a granny flat built onto the main house, hence the use of other rooms although we would like to keep the kitchen area communal. The City hospital is within a 15 min walk and on a bus route. Buses into Nottingham City centre run around every 15 mins. We have 2 of our own vehicles but also have space on our drive for another if required.
