Shared access to kitchen, utility room and living room.
Standard utility bills are included in rental price but extras such as Sky/ Virgin in bedroom would be individuals responsibility, please feel free to discuss this with me.
I am laid back and easy to get a long with. I am an outdoor only smoker and would ask the same of tenants.
