The house is in Daybrook, close to the City Hospital (easy walking distance). Situated just of Mansfield Road so easy access by car or bus to both Nottingham and Mansfield.

Room is newly decorated and is furnished. There's a double bed, wardrobe, couple of sets of drawers and a couple of bedside table. There is also spare bedding if required.

TV and virgin media in the living room along with a couple of sofas - usual stuff. Kitchen is also large and has all of the usual amenities. Fast broadband throughout.

My current housemate and I both work. We are both friendly and easy going.

I like to cook and if someone wants to share the odd meal that's a bonus. Likewise with a sociable drink. Absolutely fine if you just want to keep to yourself in your room though.

There is a garden for anyone that smokes. No smoking in the house.

On street parking only but its usually quite easy to park right outside the house.
