Double room in friendly shared house Beeston

Hi,

We have a double room available in a relaxed and clean shared house in Beeston. The house is a large, recently renovated Victorian house. We are quite sociable and do the usual sort of social things like sports, movies, dinners, the odd pub quiz, going out etc.

We are looking for a friendly, clean and tidy young professional/phd student.

The house is conveniently located only a couple of minutes walk away from Beeston train station, co-op, Beeston town centre shops, bars etc and bus station with routes into Nottingham city, East Mids airport and Derby to name but a few. Probably 10 mins walk to West end of Uni, 20-25 to Boots and easy for the M1 access.

The room is fully furnished with nice double bed, wardrobe, drawers etc and there's plenty of communal space for larger items you may have.
The house is equipped with full double glazing, gas central heating, wireless broadband, sky TV, and all the usual appliances including a large kitchen, All the bills are sorted by the landlord and are £25/week and there are no agency fees :) There is a large garage and BBQ yard at the back and loft for any extra storage, plus parking on a nearby side street.

The room will be available from 19th June 2016 and will be freshly decorated.
