Lovely quiet house 4 mins walk from Beeston train station & local amenities. 5 Minutes walk to bus station and Beeston town center. The location has excellent transport links to Nottingham university, QMC hospital, and central Nottingham. The street is a colder-sac, so its very quiet and there is on street parking.

The room is bright & spacious and was recently renovated. The bedroom is available fully furnished with a desk & chair, double bed, double hanging wardrobe & chest of drawers. It has a large curved bay window. The window has full length curtains so you can keep the room dark during the day, should you like to sleep in. The floors are timber with a large decorative rug. There is a TV aerial connection in the room also.

The house has 1 large bathroom (with bath and separate shower with rain shr), & 1 downstairs toilet. Large dining room with open plan kitchen overlooking the garden.

House has washing machine and wifi.
All bills included (although there is a joint kitty for the cleaning products and toilet roll etc).

I am self-employed and work from home, and currently live in the house. There is plenty of space, so we would not be in each others way! We are looking for a professional, or maybe a more 'mature' student, as we can't be having parties during the week.
