Room in Beeston, £75p/w (+bills)

I’m going abroad for my second semester, so I need someone to take over my room. It has a double bed and is fully furnished (desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed-side table, large bookshelf and wardrobe). The room is located on the second floor and is very spacious.
The house itself has recently been renovated and has double glazing. It is located in Station Road (less than 2min walk to Beeston Train Station or the Tesco Superstore) and it’s 15min walk from the University Park. Alternatively it is also 4min away from the bus station. There are 5 bedrooms in the house, although one is spare (too small), and 2 large bathrooms with a shower each – so you’ll only be sharing a bathroom with one other person.
The kitchen is fully equipped, toasted, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and plenty of cupboards. The living room has a very large L-shaped sofa, a communal table and a coffee table. The other three girls who live here are very studious and quiet, so it’d be ideal for both undergrad and postgrad students.
