The property is a semi-detached new building situated very close to A52 and A46 which provides easy access to Nottingham, Leicester, Grantham and Newark.
The rooms are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. However, if you have your own furniture, then I can remove mine. The bathroom is on the same floor and will be shared with one more person. There is a living room, a modern kitchen, a washing machine, microwave etc. At the back of the house, there is a lovely garden.
Rent includes utility bills and broadband.
