I have 1 Double size room available, consists of new double size bed, double wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair, tv point - this room is available from 24 October - 430/month.

Room rates are based on single occupancy.

Room not to be sub let. Visitors are permitted but restrictions apply. No overnight visitors.

Very Good standard throughout, Clean, modern, large house with 2 bathrooms, 1 lounge area (within open plan kitchen), large well equipped new kitchen (new washer, new dryer, new oven, own fridge freezer, microwave, blender, slow cooker, kettle, toaster, crockery, pots and pans, dining area and tv area). New kitchen installed June 2023. Secure off street parking in quiet cul-de-sac, unlimited fibre broadband (speed min ave 300mb). Outside seating area.

All bills are included and use of all communal areas.

No locks on the bedroom doors, it's a trusted household with professional and respectful people. An internal chain is provided. Everybody works different shifts and so it is not overcrowded.

House is well maintained and communal areas cleaned by a professional cleaner every two weeks.

Would expect somebody that is clean, tidy and respects others and can follow basic house rules - Important when sharing. Can be flexible with deposit and spread by 2 instalments if needed, £150 pounds is payable to hold the room in advance of moving in day. £150 holding deposit (1st instalment), This payment is then used towards the full 300 pounds deposit and the £150 pounds balance is payable at a later date (2nd instalment)
