Double Room to Let in Bramcote Village

really nice room to let in bramcote in three bed house. all inclusive, internet, shower room, kitchen with washer, fridge f/freezer, dish washer, really big back garden with decking area for sitting in the sun with a glass of wine! i am easy going guy that works full time. like to cook, eat out, have a bottle of wine. or just chill. i dont mind whatever!! as long as you are clean, tidy, and are are a nice person we should get on great. I am five mins on bus from notts uni, this is more of a house share than just a room, allot of the time you will have the run of the house. I am 10 mins from town on buss and busses are every ten mins, there is also late night bus back from town. I would really like someone that loves cleaning and keeping place tidy if possible
