Nicely furnished single room with TV and with full use of rest of house - bathroom,(bathroom virtually en-suite and due to my working schedule almost exclusively yours!) kitchen, dining room, lounge, garden. Newly refurbished terraced cottage in village on very private cul de sac street. Broadband and all bills included. Parking either on street or your own private parking, belonging to the house, at back of house.
Bed-linen & towels supplied and laundered for you.
Excellent local eating out, closeby supermarkets - 25-35 mins into Central Nottingham, Derby or Mansfield. 3 miles junctions 26 or 27 M1.
Monday - Friday let only, for professional person; age, gender etc not important, but please to be of a responsible, considerate, friendly nature.
Honesty and being reasonably clean/tidy goes without saying!
Friendly, considerate live-in landlord - I'm not at all 'precious', have a busy life, enjoy the countryside and this area. I travel sometimes with work.
Deposit equivalent to first month's rent required and reference from place of work or bank. Have been 'bitten' before! :(
