Double Room....£275 Pcm, Including Bills

We have a double room to rent in our 3 bedroom home. We are a couple but please don't let that put you off! We're pretty easy going, like a bit of banter. We both work full time and usually go to the gym or just cook and chill in the evenings. We tend to go out/have friends round at weekends. I've always rented the room out and it tends to work fine! We have a cat too so probably best if you're not an animal hater!

The house is 5 mins from junction 26 of the m1, 5 mins walk to bus/tram/train station. The train takes 12 mins to get to town. There are shops close by as well as gym & swimming pool. Tesco is a few minutes walk away.
The room currently is painted white with a neutral- brown carpet. There is a double bed, wardrobe and small set of drawers in there.
There is space to park outside the house and the street is a dead end, so no passing traffic.
The street is really quiet.
