Large, spacious double room

Hi!
My name is Natalie and I have a large, spacious double room available in my end of terrace, victorian 3 story house in Bulwell. It would be sharing with a female couple, (don't let that put you off though! We are very friendly and sociable!) ages 21 and 26, and whoever shares with us must be gay friendly! We are looking for someone also sociable to share our house with :) We would ideally be looking for a professional as we have early morning get ups throughout the week due to work but would consider students. We would also consider couples at a higher monthly rate of £380.
The house has recently been redecorated and has had new carpets throughout.
The room would be furnished with bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It also has a tv ariel point and telephone point if you wanted to have your own telephone line and is on the top floor so has lots of privacy. The bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden are all shared. Broadband, Sky TV with boxsets and movies included, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, and large fridge freezer are available.
Free on street parking is available.
We are only a few minutes walk to the bus station and tram stop and the city centre is easily accessible. We are also a short drive in to the city centre and to the local hospitals in Nottingham. Bulwell has great amenities in the centre such as Tesco, Morrisons, Wilkinson, Argos, Boots, a range of banks, 2 petrol stations and lots of other shops including a local market. and we are only a couple of minutes walk from it all!
We also have a garden, partly paved, which is perfect for summer bbq's!
We have 2 very friendly dogs who love a cuddle so whoever shares must be animal friendly! The dogs will never enter your room and are kept downstairs or in our room and they know not to go up the second flight of stairs.

Again we are very friendly and love to meet new people and we will do what we can to make any new member of the household feel welcome and at home :) If the colours in the bedroom don't suit your taste then I am happy to have the room painted in neutral colours before moving in or let whoever shares with us decide on a colour scheme within reason (no neon, black or very dark walls).

The rent would be £350 per month (unless a couple when it would be £380) with a £100 deposit and would include all bills. Rent would be due on 1st of each month. We would accept short term leases with a minimum of 3 months stay.
