One spacious and fully furnished double room available immediately in Burton Joyce. The house has a garden, large, newly fitted kitchen and large bathroom. Broadband and all bills included. The garden backs onto woodland and there is a whole host of wildlife, including badgers which can be spotted feeding up there most evenings during summer.

I have a small dog and love animals.
I am a friendly, live in land lady. For a job I run my own business and enjoy cooking and walking in the surrounding countryside. I occasionally have friends over for dinner.

Burton Joyce is a lovely village with shops and nice pubs. It also has a real community feel. It has great running, walking and cycling routes.

I am looking for a house share with someone who is clean, tidy and friendly. I am fairly laid back and easy to get along with so would be nice to share with someone with similar attitudes and who has hobbies/interests etc
