Room for Rent

I'm 19 and live in Carlton. I'm a professional mature student at Midlands Academy of Dance and Drama. I'm living in a semi detached house near the centre of Carlton. I'm looking for a house mate who is either also a student or a young professional. I'm not a messy kind of person but I'm not fussy if people leave things around occasionally. I've furnished the house and we have a nice large kitchen with a table and chairs, a living room with a sofa and sound system and small television, bathroom with both bath and shower. the room to let is a large one with room for a double bed(not necessarily supplied) with large built in wardrobes all along one wall, it has a lovely large front facing bay window but no curtains will be left. If you could find a cheap enough bed it would be easy to make homely. I have a kitten who is well behaved and very loveable! I'm out most of the days for college and work but in in evenings and weekends! I don't mind if you're a smoker or have your own pets but a cat or dog wouldn't really be a good idea since I already have a cat and they probably wouldn't get along, it could be difficult. Please let me know if you're interested. My house mate is looking to move out as she works in Loughborough. So you can move in as soon as she finds somewhere closer to her work once I have someone interested! Rent is around £75per week and bills are shared 50/50 with me and are manageable. I don't own the house I'm just a tenant. Let me know if you're interested as soon as possible!
