Bright, modern 2nd floor New-build flat in Carlton

This is a bright, furnished, modern 2nd floor flat in Carlton/Netherfield.

The double bedroom is a reasonable size with a fitted mirrored wardrobe and double bed. The decor throughout is neutral. There are *two bathrooms* so you will have your own.

The flat is bigger than it appears in the pic, and the bedside cabinets etc. can be kept in/removed from the room as desired. I am currently awaiting confirmation from the landlord about fixing the runner on the wardrobe but otherwise the flat's in very good condition.

As you can see from the pics, the flat is finished to a high spec., and includes a fridge-freezer, washer-dryer, microwave etc. plus my stuff- kettle, toaster, grill. There's a Juliet balcony.

Looking for a chilled out, tidy and responsible flatmate. I'm out at work 7am-7pm most weekdays. The heaters and oven are all electric.

The room is available from now until September, for pretty much any length in between!
