2 double rooms furnished

Hello,
We are two working professionals and have space in our house to share.
We are planning to rent out two double bedrooms on the same floorWe would prefer to rent the whole floor out to one person as one room on its own may be snug for all your belongings (obviously depends how many you have) for both rooms it's for £450 pcm, but if you only want one room it is £300pcm deposit is half of one months rent, bills are included, you would just need to buy your own food.
We like to go to the gym and swimming, enjoy days out, dog walking, cinema, and travelling. We are looking for like minded people, couples or singles welcome.
The house is being redecorated through out apart from the rooms being rented out as they have been done.
If both rooms are taken as bedrooms they will each have a double bed and a bedside table in, if one person/couple takes both rooms, one will contain a double bed and bedside tables the other can be set up with a desk if required.
We have a bus stop at the end of the road which takes you straight into town in about 20-25 minutes, have local shops nearby including a big Tesco and a big park 5 minutes walk.
