I have a well maintained home, with decking and lovely garden.

The house is situated on a quiet road with friendly neighbours and there is a driveway. It has easy access to the A453 and is a short walk from the bus route into the city, approx 5 mins, and a 15 min walk to the university campus.
My youngest son who is 18 resides with me along with my small dog, cats and a tortoise.
I work full time, including shifts and weekends, I have a great sense of humour and am respectful of others privacy.

I generally chill out in the evenings and weekends I do not work.
