We are close to the M1 J26-27 and the tram to Nottingham is 3/4miles away. Good bus services to Notts and Derby. Eastwood is well served with shops and eateries.
All bills are inclusive and there is free internet. There is a shared living room and large kitchen with bathroom on first floor and a toilet downstairs. There is on road parking outside the property.
We are a friendly couple. I work full time and my husband is retired but busy.
