I have a large furnished double room available for rent in a homely pretty cottage in Elton on the Hill, a Vale of Belvoir country village located 5 miles from Bingham, 10 miles from Newark and Grantham and 14 miles from Nottingham city centre - so your own car is essential, there is ample safe parking here.

Homely shared living space for you to enjoy too, with log burner, central heating, sofas, tv and so on. It's lovely here and the lounge overlooks the cottage garden. Ideal to relax in.

Your room has a double bed, a wardrobe, nice curtains, a chest of drawers and a tv output.

The shared kitchen has a new oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine etc and the bathroom has a newly fitted shower - only sharing with 1 person.

Large pretty flower garden and the rear yard garden has hanging baskets with flowers and home grown vegetables for you to enjoy!

Wireless broadband available of course, we need internet these days and there's a landline too so you can make free phone calls after 7pm on weekdays and weekends.

Location: nr Bingham. Easy access to Nottingham, Grantham, Newark, Melton Mowbray, Leicester and Loughborough.
