Lovely quiet room available in Gamston

Hi my name is Lucy and I've got a double room available in Gamston, 3 miles south of Nottingham.

The room is furnished with a double bed and a large wardrobe with built in drawers. Bedroom overlooks the garden, and you would have use of the bathroom, living room, study and kitchen/dining room (complete with a well stacked spice rack if you like cooking!).

The house is conveniently located in a quiet cul de sac next to the Gamston canal, and is a minute walk to Morrisons, the bus-stop and the local pub. There is parking on the drive, and as Gamston is next to the A52 it is an ideal base for people needing to travel around the East Midlands, or just into the city centre.

There are plenty of sports facilities and gyms nearby, and there are plenty of places to go for a run if you like getting outdoors.

I'm not at home very much, so would suit an independent professional who requires somewhere to stay on a short term basis, or someone who needs a room Monday to Friday.

Full time short-term rentals are £475 per month, or £120 per week (if short term let required).
Monday to Friday lets are £300 per month, or £75 per week.
