Lovely large double room to rent in clean spacious house. I am a professional male working for the police/local government. I love to socialise and I get on with everyone. I am friendly and easy going.
The house is of good size with ample social space plus great garden for BBQ's and such. All usual facilities such as washer, dishwasher and fridge freezer. There is also high speed, unlimited broadband and full Virgin Media tv. It is possible to have Virgin Media box in the room should that be needed.
House is also in a great location of Gedling so easy access to city centre by bus (25 or 45) or taxi for nights out is less then £10...Great access to Mapperly Top also with good night life if wanted.
I spend some weekends and evenings at at my girlfriends house which would mean you would have plenty of own space. I am clean and tidy but not the best gardener in the world.
I'm looking for someone who is happy to have their own space or go out for a few drinks once in a while. Someone who is wanting to move into a home rather then just a room.
