Nice house in Gedling

I have house in Gedling ng4 4gb! I have a really nice double room that looks over the back of the property into the nice garden.

The house is close to the bus route it is at the end of the street. It takes 20 min to get into town. There is a co-op just up the road and a big tesco at the bottom of Carlton hill.
The rent includes all of the bills and internet as well.

I am looking for a like minded person to share my house with and to treat it like it was theirs. I don't mind sharing with male or females but around the same age would be good. I am 30

little bit about me. I like to keep fit by playing badminton and going to the gym! Also i like to chill out in the evening with some nice food and drink while watching a dvd. I like to go out sometimes and have a couple of drinks as well.
