Room available in a three bed semi about three miles from the city centre. It's in a good location. The area's quiet, bus, tram and shops are all nearby. The house is a decent size so space won't be an issue.
I'm easy going and get on well with others. I'm 35 and work in a local secondary school. I also make music but am considerate of noise! I have a small dog but he's no trouble. He's friendly and doesn't shed his coat so no dog hairs around the house!
