I have a spare room in a new modern 3 storey house in Hucknall. Its a small and cosy house with a reasonable sized garden. The spare room is on the first floor and has access to its own bathroom.
The house is 5 - 10 minutes from the tram station for Nottingham city centre & beyond.
I work Mon - Fri in the busy world of fashion so, I'm ideally looking for someone who would like to rent the room for a few days in the week.
Ideally would like a professional, someone friendly and easy to get along with, respectful (no parties hehe!) and doesn't mind sharing the shared part of the house with the kitties.
