Large double attic room

Hi, I am looking for a housemate to live with me in my 3 storey mid terraced situated in a quiet location with plenty of parking available.
The attic room is large enough to also have a chill out area should you wish to have to chill out and watch television, however the front room is shared anyway.
I have 2 medium sized dogs, aged 3 and 13 months .. Both extremely friendly and fully house trained.
I live rather a quiet life and spend most of my weekend doing housework, walking my dogs & visiting my friends & family.
It would be nice to find someone that also enjoys rather a quiet life that is easy going and tidy.
I am animal friendly and am prepared to consider cats/other small animals considering that they are house trained. Unfortunately with myself already having 2 dogs I wouldn't be able to consider dogs.
My previous housemate had 2 young daughters that he had over night every weekend, that also is not an issue for me as it's something that I am very use to.
