Double / Single Room available for rent Huthwaite

I am looking for a person to rent my spare room.
The room is a double size, it has a single bed but turns into a double with the pull out. I live with my partner but have the 1 spare room available.
There is a separate bathroom for the lodger. There is also a downstairs cloakroom, a dining room, an average size kitchen, and a generous size living room with enough seating. There is a garden with patio area. The drive would fit 3 cars on but 2 would be more practical, however, there is space infront of house for additional car parking. The house is detached and live in a cul-de-sac, so nice and quiet. Utility bills, TV and broadband are included in the price, but food and toiletries and general expenditure would be at your own cost.
I would ideally prefer someone more long term, but do not mind short term contracts.
