The house is a 3 bedroom terrace with garage, ideal for small car (fitted my 206 in). On street parking also available.
Has broadband, a good sized living room and the front room is a mini gym. (cross trainer, weights, rowing machine)
We have a dog, hence can't have any cats or dogs in the house, others will be considered
The room is availabe for upto seven days a week.
Furnished if you need it- with wardrobe, drawers, bedsite cabinet and more if needed.
The house is close to the M1 and A38 with nearby train stations and buses. There is a new supermarket nearby which is great for when you fancy something different.
It will be my husband in the house in the week and I will be home at weekends as I am going to be working away.
