****Spare Room For Rent Kirkby In Ashfield****

I have a double spare room going for rent very close to the M1 J27. The property is a new build, 3 storey house with 3 bedrooms. The room is fully furnished with plenty of storage space including a double wardrobe and chested draws.

You will also have your own private bathroom (including bath & shower).

The 3rd room currently has a sofa/bed in there and a TV point. If you wish to bring your own TV, you would be more than welcome to make this into your own sitting room. I do have Sky but not multi-room however, if requested I would be more than happy to add this for you. Unlimited WIFI is also available.

I do have a pet (dog) so you would need to be pet friendly.

A deposit of ££400 pound would be required upfront and also first months rent ££400. This would be a rolling month-month tenancy agreement which is idea for business/work purposes. However, I would require 2 months notice should you need to move out.

A minimum of 2 references is required including your currently employer details.

The room will be available Monday 28th April onwards. Viewings will be available prior to this date.
