The street is quiet on the Portland park estate in Kirkby in Ashfield, close to town centre (morrisons nearby) and 5 minutes drive to M1 (junction 27) train station very close and bus stop into Nottingham at the top of the road (5 mins walk) sherwood business park and hucknall close by. house is 4 bed, 3 storey, modern and spacious.
We are down to earth guys, up for a laugh and get on with most people. We like to cook and happy to dish out an extra portion if suits :-)
