2 miles to train, 4 miles to M1, 7 miles to E. Mids airport. Half way between Derby and Nottingham.
Quiet residential estate, walking distance to leisure centre, adjoining a large park, Tesco express, fish and chips, pizza, and chinese. I work away a lot, so house not used very much which
gives lodger quiet, chill out time after work.
I have specified mon to fri but can be flexible as long as the room is not classed as an only residence
