Hello,

I'm looking for a new lodger.

The house is located on a quiet street, there are local shops near by and just a short walk into Long Eaton's town center.

There are good bus/train links near by to Nottingham & Derby. Junction 25 of the M1 is also very close.

The room come fully furnished but you can also bring your own furniture.

There is a shared kitchen with all of the usual things you would expect to find including a dishwasher.

Shared bathroom / living / dining room.

There is on street parking out side of the house.

The back garden isn't very big but it is good in the summertime.
