I have a room available in my house.
I have a single and double furnished room
My house is a modern, contemporary home, with a eclectic mix of furniture sourced from different styling genres.
This is a very comfortable and relaxed home, with a calm and peaceful atmosphere, ideal for those needing a quite space to live in.
I would prefer someone that is relaxed, fairly quite, works full time, and is happy in their own company, as this is quite an independent household.
My house is situated within a 20 minute drive to East Midlands Airport, 7 min drive to M1 motorway and 5 minute drive to the train station. There are great transport links to Nottingham city centre via the bus or tram, using Skylink and Indigo - Barton buses.
Long Eaton is a busy town with all the expected amenities and more, lots of supermarkets from Asda, Tesco, Sainsbury and M&S, along with a handy retail park which is a 10 minute drive that includes TKmaxx, Next, Matalan and others.
