Empty property needs tenant

Hi I own a property in long eaton and i need a decent Tennant to live in it. I will offer cheap rent and bills included has long has my property is occupied and secured during it's refurbishment. The bedrooms are ready just the lower floor needs work doing. It has heating and hot water . It's a big building. There is another person there but will be moving out shortly has he was working and living there. The business should be reopened in 3 months then you would have to move unless we agreed proper rent.
