My current lodger who has been with me for 2 years is moving out to live with her boyfriend so her room is now available.

double room available big enough for double bed and small wardrobe.

I've currently got a double air bed in there so you can see the size of it in the room :)

There are 2 toilets in the house but 1 main bathroom.

I'm a single female that works shifts. I'm tidy and clean and it's really important that whoever lives with me is the same! I'm out of the house a few times a week playing netball and socialising!

The property is located 7 min walk from long eaton train station. It's a fab location for anyone needing quick access to the M1, A52 or A50.

The bus stop at the end of my road has buses that go to Nottingham via Beeston and QMC and the Skylink bus runs 24hrs to the airport so there's good links to Nottingham/QMC at all times if you're a fellow shift worker!

I'm looking for a professional person without a criminal record as due to my job I would need to declare you as living with me!

The room is unfurnished and 400pcm which includes all bills and council tax. I have Sky TV and Internet :)

Also...happy to have cats!!
