Single Or Double Room Available Long Eaton

We have a single OR double room available to rent for 6 months in Long Eaton. We are 5 minutes from the train station which has regular trains to Nottingham, Birmingham, Leicester and Derby. We are also a 2 minute walk from the bus stop which runs the skylink service to and from the airport.

Both the rooms are furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and curtains. Both neutral and modern.
The kitchen has recently been refitted with a new oven hob dishwasher and washing machine.
Downstairs has recently been redecorated, and you are more than welcome to use anything.
We have broadband which is included in the price.

The bathroom has a double electric shower, toilet and sink.

Myself and my partner Mark live in our home with our cat Oliver and our 1 yr old cocker spaniel Ralph. Both well behaved and enjoy anyone's company.

We have a tidy back garden, which again you are more than welcome to use.

We want to keep one bedroom spare as it is important that there is somewhere either ours or your guests can stay.
