The weekly price includes all gas, water, electric, council tax, wifi broadband and Ethernet broadband. The room has an ensuite electric shower (so no hot water problems), sink and toilet.
The room has a double bed, bedside table with light, chest of drawers and wardrobe with full length mirror.
The house has a kitchen with 2 large fridge freezers, dining table, washing machine, toaster, microwave and everything you'd expect.
