Hi There,
I am looking to rent out a modern, furnished, double spare room. I live in a new build 3 storey town house nicely furnished to a high standard with all the usual ameneties such as washer/ dryer, dishwasher etc. The double room is of neutral colours, has a new double bed, 2 x chest of drawers, desk and chair, 2 x wardrobes and large book case. You will have sole use of the main family bathroom so basically the second floor will be yours if you'd like your own space. I am relaxed, sociable and friendly and would welcome you to use the house as your own, however I would respect your privacy and would expect you to do the same. I am looking for a clean and tidy person who doesn't mind 2 well behaved friendly cats. There is a garden and parking as well as broadband. The area is nice and quiet, great neighbours and close to shops and the local bistro which is great for food, drinks and coffee. Would suit a fellow professional and is close to the hospital and college. Good bus and train routes close by. Gas, Electricity, Broadband bills all included in price however tenant must sort out own council tax and TV licence if needed - There is a 37inch TV free to use. Any questions just get in touch.
