Double room with own family bathroom - Berryhill

Hi, I am a professional female looking to share my house with similar professional people. About me, I am an easy going person, quiet, clean and tidy. I respect others space and would look for the same in return. If I'm not at work I spend time at home or out with friends, like most normal people really. My reason for wanting a roomie is simply to ease the financial strains that living alone can bring and sharing is better than always coming home to an empty house. I'm looking for similar easy going person. I have a cat who is either asleep or out, she doesn't bother anyone but just letting you know incase you can't stand them or have allergies. My house is a three storey new build, neutrally decorated. You will have your own large double room with your own family bathroom both of which are newly decorated and refurbished. Both the double room and bathroom are spacious. Bedrooms have sky multiroom and wifi. Shared is the large kitchen diner, living room and garden. All utility bills are included apart from the landline and you would need to be responsible for your own tv licence if appropriate. There is parking available and the house is situated in a quiet cul de sac. There is also a small shopping complex 2 minutes around the corner, a local bus service and close to Mansfield town centre with good links to Nottingham city, Chesterfield and Derby etc. The room includes a double wardrobe, chest of drawers, 2x bedside cabinets and double bed with new memory foam mattress and dressing table.
