Double Room From 1St April

Hey :).

My names Charlotte. I'm 22 and in search for an individual to rent out my double room for around the 500pcm (price can be negotiable)

I'm an easy going person who is up for a laugh but also like my own space... Just like everyone does.

I have two house rabbits named scarlett and pepper, very friendly.

I own a 3 bed house, two doubles and a single. The room I have to rent is a double unfurnished room (only has a double bed in it ATM). You will have the bathroom directly next to it which consists of a toilet, sink and bath that I very rarely use except on the odd occasion I fancy a bath or when guests stay.

There will be one parking space next to mine outside the house. You will get access to all white goods.

Broadband and TV are available.

All I ask is for someone that respects my space as I will theirs. Respects the house and cleans up after themselves. And is a friendly person to get along with.

Although my partner doesn't live with me he will be round in the weeks and likewise I will have friends round.

With regards to smokers and pet owners, smokers smoke outside and pets are allowed as long as again the cleanliness of the house is respected and get on with rabbits.
