Large Attic Bedroom Fully Furnished in Newark

Lovely large attic room to rent in a family home. Within the room, there is a microwave, toaster, instant hot water kettle and Wifi. There is also a Virgin+ box that can be connected, if required.

Pleasantly furnished 17ft x 17ft approx. Double bed, sofa and side table, large desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, all good quality furnishings and pine furniture.

A good size bathroom, with over bath shower is located at the bottom of the attic bedroom stairs/door. We mainly use our ensuite.

Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 2 freezers, fridge, garden.

My family comprise of my daughter (age 4) and I, plus 2 minature labradoodle dogs. We are considerate and respectful of others noise wise and in general. We are not affected by bathroom shower noise by early risers or late returners.

I would like an easy going, honest, respectful, quiet and reasonably tidy lodger. Someone that does not want to invite lots of people in all the time / have parties etc. Someone that works long(ish) hours and enjoys their own space.

Smoking in the garden is OK. 7 mins walk from Newark town centre.

Must like dogs.

£325 per month / £75 per week.
