Short term rent, double room close to town

A big HI and Hello there.
double room going spare in family home consisting of me, my son(22), one other lodger and 2 small dogs well behaved in all cases and we're all really friendly. Broadband, dishwasher, etc. All normal bills included. No en-suite but there is a downstairs toilet as well as normal bathroom. Room is furnished with huge built in wardrobe (which is why it is so hard to take photos) with various draws, rails and shelves also double bed, stand alone draws and bedside draws.
Bathroom has a separate shower to the bath. Quiet back garden with patio.
No garage but there is a large car port.

Situated 5mins walk from town its a fairly quiet street close to all amenities.

Looking for profession person to fit in with family life. Don't mind if they are a smoker (as we all are) though the rooms available have never been smoked in if you are not a smoker. Must be clean and tidy.

Must be fluent in English.
