Close to M1 & train station, village location

Located in the old pit village of Newstead. Good transport links to Nottingham City including its own train platform and nearby tramstop in Hucknall. It's about 3km from Newstead Abbey which is a nice walk most times of year. Easy access to cycle route 6.

House is terrace 3 bedroom upstairs and a kitchen and living room and bathroom downstairs.

I also have a cat and I also foster maximum 1 extra cat.

I currently work full time and also go to university on day release. My work hours are flexible and I often work early mornings/late nights. I will also be studying a lot the nearer we get to exam time in may.

I'm fairly easy going but do like my own space so will retreat to my bedroom at times to decompress after a hard days work but am also equally happy other times to go out for a drink or dinner.

I'm also fairly flexible with space. I'm offering the smaller bedroom as the second double one houses the water tank so it gets stuffy in the summer and noisy when refilling. But happy to come to an arrangement if you need extra storage space.

Coal central heating (please be aware it can get a bit chilly at times but does warm up quickly when the fire is on). Winter months will require extra cost to cover coal.
