Newly fitted shared bathroom. On street parking available along with access to sunny front garden available.

The rent is £60 per week, inclusive of all bills and access to fibre-optic 100mb speed wi-fi.

£50 deposit and references required.

Short term lets and 1 week notice periods considered for contract workers.
