2 Rooms to let on the top floor of a Victorian terrace house. One room is very large, one smaller (would suit study). Both rooms are included in the rent. Gas central heating throughout TV and internet available. There is a shared kitchen dining room and lounge. Washing machine and fridge freezer. The property is very spacious.
I am looking for male or female housemate to share with who is friendly reliable tidy and trustworthy.
The house is excellent for commuters into central Nottingham as it is located right next to the tram line, it takes 10 mins to walk into central Nottingham. This property is also excellent for student studying English looking for temporary accommodation or students doing Masters or degree courses at the local Nottingham University. Students or post graduates considered. Musical instruments welcome.
