Double room in city centre with parking

We have a double room available in a large semi detached house with 2 bathrooms, private driveway and garden. The room is furnished and the rent includes all bills. The house is a 15 minute walk away from town, and there are bus stops very close for connections to other parts of Notts. The room is available from around the end of August.

We are 2 girls & 2 Boys (age 27-34) looking for someone like minded to join us. We are all professionals, but when we get chance are always up for going out to pubs, for meals, films etc. And we all like a night in in front of the tv, with a beer/wine/cup of tea. With a big house there's plenty of room for us all to get on with our own stuff too.
