Bright and spacious double bedroom, light and airy with a window out to the back garden. Room approx 4 x 4m, with double bed, wardrobe and desk, wooden floorboards and victorian fireplace.
The house is large so there is plenty of space. It has three storeys and a cellar, and is well appointed with a modern kitchen diner with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. We have a lovely sunny garden with a patio, great for sitting out in the summer, and it is on a very friendly street.
You would share a bathroom and separate WC with the other lodger.
The house is close to the city centre (15 minutes walk through the Arboretum), trams (5 minutes walk to The Forest tramstop), and close to the Forest Recreation Ground (1 minutes walk). You would have use of a parking permit to park outside the house.
We only ask for a contribution towards the gas and electricity bills - all other bills are included.
