This is a 3 bedroom semi- detached house with living room, dining room and kitchen, big back ground for relaxing in the summer having a BBQ :-).
There massive difference in renting a room and living in a home.......Presently there are three females living there at the moment (one of which will be moving out at the end of September), they are very lovely, friendly, love to have a laugh, chill watch movies (at the weekends).. I must also say that she Rachel as a cat Sophie who is well behaved. ALL BILLS are inclusive with the EXCEPTION of GAS and ELECTRIC as they are on meters.... which have worked brilliantly....
The sort of person who would suit joining this house would be ideally another female, someone who is friendly easy to get on with, does not mind having a cat around, someone who doesn't want to just live in a room, but to be able to chill and relax with the people you live with so it i€™s more than a room, but a home.
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, wall robe and chest of draws..........I have a wireless router for all your internet needs.... :-)
Well the kitchen comes with your own personal fridge and freezer. you will be given your own cupboards.
It's a really friendly environment to live, everyone does their bit to help around the house and nothing is left on person..... :-)
Its located close to M1, two minutes away from bus stop and less than 10 walk to the tram stop that takes you directly to the train station.. Less than 5 minutes walk takes you to various take always such as fish and chips, Co -op, One-stop shop, Indian, Chinese etc .
